How do I track my shipment?

Enter your tracking number on our tracking page and you'll see the latest status and the full event history for your parcel. Your tracking number is on your shipping confirmation or label.

My tracking shows no updates yet — is something wrong?

New shipments can take a few hours to appear while the parcel is collected and scanned into the network. If there are still no updates after 24 hours, contact us with your tracking number and we'll check it for you.

How often is tracking updated?

Your tracking updates each time the parcel is scanned at a key point — collection, hub arrival and departure, customs, out for delivery and delivery. How frequently that happens depends on the route and the service you chose.

What do the tracking statuses mean?

Common statuses are: Picked up (we've collected it), In transit (moving through the network), At customs (being cleared), Out for delivery (on the vehicle today) and Delivered. If a status looks stuck for longer than expected, reach out and we'll investigate.

Can I get proof of delivery?

Yes. Once delivered, proof of delivery — including a signature or photo where available — is linked to your tracking record. Ask us if you need a copy for your files.
