Track a shipment — where is yours right now?
Enter your tracking number above to see the current status and every checkpoint the shipment has already passed through.
How tracking works
Every shipment is given a unique tracking number when it is booked. It's on your booking confirmation, on the shipping label, and — if you booked through the customer portal — in your shipment list. Enter it above and you'll see exactly where things stand.
The status comes straight from the network and updates the moment a shipment is scanned at a checkpoint. So a quiet stretch between scans is normal rather than a warning sign, especially on long-haul legs, overnight and at weekends.
The status hasn't changed — what now?
A status that sits still for a day is rarely a bad sign. International routes often have many hours between scans, part of the network rests overnight and at weekends, and customs clearance sometimes takes longer than anyone would like.
If nothing has moved for more than two working days, a delivery attempt has failed, or the delivery address is no longer right, get in touch with your tracking number. We'll query the responsible depot directly and tell you what's holding it up.
What each status means
Five statuses carry a shipment from collection through to handover:
Collected
We've taken the shipment from the sender. From this scan onward it is in the network and trackable.
In transit
The shipment is moving between checkpoints by road, air or sea. On longer routes this status can sit unchanged for a day.
At customs
The shipment is being imported or exported and is with customs. How long that takes depends on the destination country and whether the paperwork is complete.
Out for delivery
The shipment is on the delivery vehicle and will be delivered during the day.
Delivered
The shipment has been handed over. We can evidence who received it and when.
Tracking for business accounts
If you ship regularly, chasing individual numbers gets old fast. The customer portal shows every shipment on your account at once — status, label and history — without typing a single tracking number.
And when the status needs to live inside your own shop or ERP, our shipping API puts it where your customers are already looking. Questions about a shipment in progress are answered in the Help Centre — or reach us directly via the contact page.
