Do I need a printer to return something?

Often not. Where it's available, SkyReturns offers paperless QR-code labels you scan at a drop-off point, so there's no need to print. Paperless availability depends on your location and the local drop-off network, so we'll confirm what applies to your route — and a printable label is always available as a fallback.

How long do returns and refunds take?

Return transit depends on the origin and destination, and refunds are issued by the retailer once the item is received and inspected. For some business accounts we can also set up automatic refund triggers on scan — ask us if you'd like that configured for your account.

Yes — SkyReturns offers worldwide collection, so international customers can send items back through the same network, with customs handled on the way.
