Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm (CET). We also schedule courier runs on Saturdays — call if something urgent lands outside office hours.

Our office and dispatch desk are at Behringstraße 10, 82152 Planegg, just south-west of Munich. From here we run collections and deliveries across greater Munich — the city is as quick for us to reach as the surrounding towns.
