We're looking for someone to join us full-time at our Planegg site near Munich, in a role with two sides to it. In the warehouse you take shipments in and get them ready to travel worldwide; at your desk you look after the customers those shipments belong to, by phone and by email. Someone who has watched a parcel move through the warehouse gives far better answers on the phone — which is exactly why we put the two together.

SkyNet Worldwide Express is an independently run family business based in Planegg near Munich — and at the same time part of a global network that carries shipments to 209 countries. Our colleagues come from many different countries. For this role that means English will serve you well in the warehouse, and confident German on the phone.
What you'll do
- Taking in, scanning, packing and preparing shipments for worldwide dispatch
- Answering customer questions by phone and email
- Tracking shipments and getting in touch early when something runs late
- Checking and preparing shipping and customs paperwork
- Working closely with our drivers and the dispatch team
What you bring
- Some experience in warehousing, logistics or customer service — career changers are genuinely welcome
- Confident German, written and spoken, for customer contact
- Enough English for international shipping
- Comfortable working on a computer
- Care and accuracy, including on the days when it gets busy
- You like the idea of moving between the warehouse floor and a desk
